Aircrete testing begins
We at Concrete barbarian have started to test aircrete.
as we have no actual equipment to make the proper form we are thinking of how to get closest to the interesting material aircrete. First we have made a solution and whipped it into the concrete and then made the same size form of this in just concrete. this is step one just to see how the diffrence of weight will be. here is some simple pictures of 1hr after making these tests and what weight they are we will up date it once they have dried.

The arrow shows that a small container of aircrete comes in about 1lb 8oz not bad but only time will tell if this light weight material will hold up

The simple concrete bucket tips the scale right at 4lbs so it is a lot heavier per sq inch but it does give you confidence with its weight it will be able to take a hit from a sledge hammer
the concrete is out of the mold and a side to side comparison shows us what we have.

The aircrete is porous and has deflated some but still light weight and will soon be put up to a strength test. This is just a UN-measured soap to water to concrete mix once we crush this we will do a head to head on different mixtures.

The regular concrete stands taller and having that smooth look but don't drop this plug on someones toe because its most likely going to be broken. It feels heavy and well packed together but we will see soon how tough it is
We will update this and have videos of creating the aircrete and how they stand up to everything from a blow torch, sledge hammer and maybe send it down range to be a bullet catcher.
Whats in the Barbarians Bag?
Soon we will be updating what the barbarian carries in his bag. In the future we will be making specific designed barbarian bags that we will be giving away to lucky readers. Once they have been proven by the community we will then put them into full production for anyone who might want a bag designed for a purpose not an all-purpose designed bag.
